Aloha From Oregon’s Pineapple Pepper Jelly is tart yet sweet with tidbits of pineapple and peppers. This Pineapple Pepper Jelly is perfect to bake sassy chicken. To make a glaze, mix pineapple pepper jelly with Dijon mustard and glaze ham in the last hour of baking or mix with mayonnaise and use as a sandwich spread.
