Ingredients: 1/2 head green cabbage, grated; 1/2 head red cabbage, grated; 1 medium onion, finely chopped; 2 medium carrots, grated; 1/4 cup sugar; 1/2 cup neutral oil; 1/3 cup white or rice wine vinegar; 1 1/2 tsp celery seed; 1 tsp dry mustard; 2 tbsp of your favorite Aloha From Oregon Pepper Jelly (a mix of Habanero and Pineapple works well)

Directions

Combine the cabbage, onion and carrots in a bowl. Sprinkle the sugar over the vegetables.

Bring the oil, vinegar, celery seed, dry mustard and pepper jelly to a boil.
