Tangerine Glazed Salmon

  • 3 tbs Cajun spice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 4 boneless skinless salmon fillets (6oz each)
  • 1/4 cup Aloha From Oregon Tangerine Marmalade


  • Combine Cajun spice, brown sugar, & salt in a small bowl. Rub all over surface of salmon fillets. Saute fillets in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn & saute an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Blend Aloha From Oregon Tangerine Marmalade & lime juice, swirl in pan until melted. Carefully turn fish to glaze on all sides. The salmon is done when it begins to flake when tested with a fork and is cooked through.
