Sweet Onion Fish Fillet

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese mixed with 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 a jar Aloha From Oregon Sweet Onion Pepper Jelly mixed with an equal amount of mayonnaise


  • Frost fish fillets with pepper jelly mixture & top with bread crumb mixture. Place on foil on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered at 400° until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
