   In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the pepper jelly, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and garlic powder until smooth.

   Add the cooked meatballs and toss to coat.

   Simmer for 5–7 minutes, until the sauce is thick and glossy.

   Serve warm with toothpicks or over rice.
