Spiced Baked Pears

  • 2 medium ripe pears peeled & halved
  • 4 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tsp melted Aloha From Oregon Sweet Wine Jelly


  • Place pear halves cut side up, in a shallow 1 qt. baking dish. Place butter in the center of each; drizzle with lemon juice. Combine sugar & cinnamon; sprinkle over pears. Top with Aloha From Oregon Sweet Wine Jelly. Cover & bake at 350° for 15 to 30 minutes or until heated through & tender.
