Pepper Jelly Crab Wontons

Course Appetizer


  • 1 lb. whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. lump crab meat
  • 4 Tbsp. green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Aloha From Oregon Pineapple Pepper Jelly or your favorite flavor


  • Mix together all ingredients except for wonton wrappers and pepper jelly.
  • Chill in the fridge while preparing the wontons. Lightly grease mini-muffin tins.
  • Press one wonton in each cup and bake 5 minutes at 350°. Remove from tins and place on baking sheet.
  • Fill each wonton with 1 Tbsp. Crab mixture.
  • Bake an additional 10 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve with melted Aloha From Oregon pepper jelly. We love the fruit flavors especially the Pineapple.
