Season pork with taco seasoning. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add seasoned pork & sauté until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Add salsa & Aloha From Oregon Peach Pepper Jelly & mix well. Cover skillet & reduce heat. Let simmer gently for about 10 minutes & serve over rice.
