Mango Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 – 8 oz can water chestnuts drained & halved
  • 2 tbs fresh lemon jucie
  • 2 lbs cooked chopped chicken breasts
  • 1 pound red seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/2 bunch celery chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 jar Aloha From Oregon Mango Ginger Chutney

Instructions

  • Toss water chestnuts with lemon in a large bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, curry, salt, & Aloha From Oregon Mango Ginger Chutney. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
