Jalapeño Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 8 oz can cream-style corn
  • 1 jar Aloha From Oregon Jalapeño Pepper Chutney
  • 3 tbs Aloha From Oregon Jalepeño Pepper Jelly

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° . Lightly grease a 13×9 inch baking pan. In a mixing bowl combine cornmeal, salt & baking soda. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
