Chicken Plum Pie


  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 1 lb cooked chicken meat shredded
  • 2 tbs melted butter
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 jar Aloha From Oregon Zesty Plum Chutney


  • Preheat oven to 375° . Press the puff pastry sheet into an 8 inch round or square pan. Bake in the preheated oven until the bottom of the pastry is very lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Mix together the chicken & Aloha From Oregon Zesty Plum Chutney. Spoon the mixture over the partially-baked crust. Drizzle the pie with melted butter & sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake the pie in the oven until the crust is golden brown, about 40 minutes.
