Blueberry Turnovers

  • 1-8 oz package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup Aloha From Oregon Blueberry Rhubarb Butter
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/4 cup prepared vanilla frosting


  • Preheat oven to 375° . Roll out crescent dough triangle onto a baking sheet. Place 1 tbs Aloha From Oregon Blueberry Rhubarb Butter on the midwest end of each triangle. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp confectioners’ sugar over Blueberry Rhubarb Butter on each roll. Beginning with the wide end, roll up each crescent around the Blueberry Rhubarb Butter & pinch both sides to seal. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Remove to cool for 5 minutes. Dust with remaining confectioners’ sugar. Drizzle with vanilla frosting.
