Preheat oven to 350°. Generously grease a fluted tube pan. Stir vegetable oil, eggs, & sour cream in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, & basil until batter is smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until the cake is lightly browned at the edges & a toothpick inserted into the thickest part of the cake comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for 20 minutes before inverting to turn cake out onto rack to cool completely. Stir Aloha From Oregon Balsamic Grape Pepper Jelly in a saucepan over medium heat until liquefied. Take away from heat & let sit about 5 minutes. Coat strawberries with jelly & spoon both over the cake. Sprinkle with fresh mint & serve.
