Balsamic BBQ Ham Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 6 tbs brown sugar
  • 6 tbs water
  • 1 1/2 – 12 oz bottles sweet chili sauce
  • 3 lbs chipped chopped ham
  • 12 sandwich buns split
  • 1 – 10 oz jar Aloha From Oregon Balsamic Grape Pepper Jelly

Instructions

  • Stir together Aloha From Oregon Balsamic Grape Pepper Jelly, paprika, mustard powder, brown sugar, chili sauce, & water in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil, turn heat to low & simmer for 5 mintues.
  • Mix in the chipped ham & stir to combine with sauce.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, bring the sauce & ham slowly to a simmer over low heat & cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon ham onto sandwich buns to serve.
