Baked Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 1 pakcage dry onion soup mix
  • 1 jar Aloha From Oregon Apricot Pepper Jelly

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° .
  • In a medium bowl combine Aloha From Oregon Apricot Pepper Jelly, dressing & onion soup mix.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Stir together.
  • Place chicken pieces in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour apricot mixture over chicken & bake uncovered in the oven until cooked through, about 50-60 minutes.
