Garlic Chicken Puffs

Ingredients
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
- 3 tbs chopped onion
- 6 tbs butter
- 3/4 package of cream cheese
- 3-10 oz can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 3 tbs Aloha From Oregon Garlic Pepper Jelly
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, slowly cook & stir chicken & onion, until onions are tender & chicken is lightly browned & cooked through.
- Stir in Aloha From Oregon Garlic Pepper Jelly until chicken is coated. In a medium bowl, blend chicken mixture, cream cheese & butter until creamy.
- Preheat oven to 325° .
- Unroll croissants & divide in half to create 12 rectangles.
- Place approximatley one tbs of the chicken mixture on each rectangle.
- Fold into balls. Arrange balls on a large baking sheet.
- Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
