Pear Butter Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbs butter melted
  • 3 tbs Aloha From Oregon Pear Butter
  • syrup to serve

Instructions

  • In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, & sugar. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, Aloha From Oregon Pear Butter & melted butter until smooth. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined. Preheat griddle over medium heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cook until bubbles appear on surface, 2-3 minutes, then flip & cook until bottoms are brown, 1 minute more. Serve with maple syrup or syrup of choice
