Garlic Chicken Puffs

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
  • 3 tbs chopped onion
  • 6 tbs butter
  • 3/4 package of cream cheese
  • 3-10 oz can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3 tbs Aloha From Oregon Garlic Pepper Jelly

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, slowly cook & stir chicken & onion, until onions are tender & chicken is lightly browned & cooked through.
  • Stir in Aloha From Oregon Garlic Pepper Jelly until chicken is coated. In a medium bowl, blend chicken mixture, cream cheese & butter until creamy.
  • Preheat oven to 325° .
  • Unroll croissants & divide in half to create 12 rectangles.
  • Place approximatley one tbs of the chicken mixture on each rectangle.
  • Fold into balls. Arrange balls on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
