Should there be any discrepancies with your order, we must
hear from you within 24 hour so we can get in touch with
the shipping source and resolve the problem.

Claims

Unfortunately this does not always prevent accidents. Please
notify us immediately of any damage or breakage in shipment.
UPS requests all product and shipping materials/boxes be held
for 5 days from when you call us to report the damage.
