Recipe: Salmon and Fettuccini Salad w/ Ginger Peach Chutney Dressing


 

Recipe Ingredients

Dressing:
One 9 oz jar Aloha From Oregon ginger peach chutney
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon

Mix together and toss into:
1 package fettuccini cooked al dente
1 lb poached fresh salmon or ½ lb smoked salmon
1 medium red onion chopped


Recipe Instructions

Serve Salmon and Fettuccini Salad w/ Ginger Peach Chutney Dressing, at room temperature or chilled as an entrée or side dish. This is very pretty with extra sprigs of dill and a few rings of red onion on top
