Recipe: Mango Chicken Salad


 

Recipe Ingredients

1 - 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained & halved
2 tbs fresh lemon jucie
2 lbs cooked, chopped chicken breasts
1 pound red seedless grapes, halved
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/2 bunch celery, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1 jar Aloha From Oregon Mango Ginger Chutney

Recipe Instructions

Toss water chestnuts with lemon in a large bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, curry, salt, & Aloha From Oregon Mango Ginger Chutney. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
