Recipe: Sassy Chicken


Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup Aloha From Oregon Pepper Jelly
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
3 lb. chicken parts completely thawed, drained and patted dry
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Salt and pepper chicken and bake for 15 minutes. Drain off any liquid. Combine the first 3 ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for another 45 minutes to an hour or until the chicken is tender and browned. Turn the chicken 2-3 times to glaze evenly.
-The first 3 ingredients make a great glaze for any meat dish!
