Recipe: Sassy Chicken


 

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 c. Aloha From Oregon pepper jelly
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. honey
3 lb. chicken parts completely thawed, drained and patted dry.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.




Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes and drain off any liquid. Combine the first 3 ingredients and pour over chicken and bake for another 45
minutes to 1 hour or until the chicken is tender and browned. Turn the chicken 2-3 times to glaze evenly.
-The first 3 ingredients make a great glaze!
