Recipe: Chicken Plum Pie


 

Recipe Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 lb cooked chicken meat, shredded
2 tbs melted butter
1 tbs brown sugar
1 jar Aloha From Oregon Zesty Plum Chutney

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375° . Press the puff pastry sheet into an 8 inch round or square pan. Bake in the preheated oven until the bottom of the pastry is very lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Mix together the chicken & Aloha From Oregon Zesty Plum Chutney. Spoon the mixture over the partially-baked crust. Drizzle the pie with melted butter & sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake the pie in the oven until the crust is golden brown, about 40 minutes.
