Recipe: Savory Pepper Jelly Torte


 

Recipe Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 egg

2 tsp. minced garlic

5 oz. grated sharp cheese

8 oz. Your favorite flavor Aloha From Oregon pepper jelly



Recipe Instructions

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a food processor. Add 4 oz. of pepper jelly. Pour into an oiled 6-inch spring form pan. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes, along with a pan of water to keep torte moist. Cool completely and remove from pan. Add remaining pepper jelly on top and serve with your favorite crackers or crusty bread.
